Katie Dae is currently offering shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Please be aware that items may be shipped from the United States and will take time to be delivered depending on international shipping. Katie Dae is not responsible for any additional shipping charges international customers may experience due to customs.

At this current time, apparel and items being shipped by my printer are not able to be exchanged. However, if there is an issue, please contact katiedaeshop@gmail.com for assistance. Items such as stickers, keychains, charms, etc, may be available for return or exchanges depending on the issue.
damaged or faulty goods
Please contact katiedaeshop@gmail.com within 10 days of the item's arrival to request a replacement or refund for a damaged item.
